The Customer may terminate this contract on giving 30 days prior notice or termination. The Plumber is responsible for installing pipes, supports and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets. The HOME TEAM reserves the right to cancel/ terminate the contract by giving 30-days’ notice at any point in time during the validity of the contract without assigning any reason thereof and refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis/ services completed. Regardless, as a contract customer, THE HOME TEAM will always seek to rectify any problems with the AC, electrical, or plumbing units in the property. Plan and maintain an efficient registry and filing system for the Operations department. Ensure proper documentation of repair, maintenance and servicing history for all facilities, systems, services and building defects. Responsible for general maintenance, housekeeping, security, disciplinary matters and operational efficiency of the Club.
