If the Customer sells the property, this Annual Contract may be transferred to the new owner of the premise for the remaining balance period of the contract by informing THE HOME TEAM. Contract cannot be terminated if the property in sold. THE HOME TEAM can provide the same warranty to the customer that is received from the supplier. If the warranty is not provided by the supplier, The Home Team will not able to able to provide the same. It should be noted that warranty periods vary from no warranty to a five-year warranty for complete units, e.g. a full AC unit.
